onNamesReply

Catch users in a reply for the request for a NAMES list of all the participants in a channel.

Freenode only sends a list of the nicknames but SpotChat sends the full user!ident@address information.

This was copy/pasted from kameloso.plugins.common.awareness.onUserAwarenessNamesReply to spare us the full mixin.
